Refund policy
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as theyβre still in their original sealed packaging. When your return is approved, you can either receive a refund to your original payment method (less postage we paid, or an $8.95 restocking fee if your order had free shipping) or choose 100% store credit with no deductions.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products canβt be returned. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and weβll organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it wasnβt collected in time, we can resend it, but Australia Post charges $11.95 for return postage. In these cases, postage is non-refundable (or the $8.95 restocking fee applies if your order had free shipping), plus the $11.95 return fee.
Whiter Smile kits and gels have a special policy: if you finish a kit or gel and arenβt happy with the results, email us and weβll send a stronger strength gel at no cost. Youβll need to cover postage for the replacement. Other brands arenβt eligible for exchange. For Whiter Smile mouth trays, a spare third tray is included (excluding premium trays). If all three attempts donβt work, a replacement can be offered at 50% off, with postage covered by you.
Night guards come with manufacturer warranties valid only in the USA, so we canβt honour them in Australia. All guards are one size fits all, though you may need to trim if too large. Selected higher-priced guards include mouldable trays as a backup. If youβre unhappy with the fit, weβll give 50% off a replacement or a different brand. Contact us first, as we can often help with fitting tips.
If your return meets the conditions above, you donβt need to contact us firstβjust send it securely packaged with your original invoice. Once received, weβll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
